Most of these images were painted as a single brush stroke. Each image was painted in the span of a single breath. Each image was painted by energy moving through me and yet not of me, often my hand moving so quickly it became a blur. Sometimes as many as a hundred paintings in a single hour, none looking similar to the other.
You might say these are paintings of pure energy. Most have no recognizable shape or form other than what your mind projects onto them.
They are as much a surprise and a gift to me as they are to you. The really amazing thing to me is that the energy stays on the page or canvas years after the actual moment and transmission of energy has passed. And even more amazing is that printed copies still contain that energy. Maybe not quite as much as the original, but it is still very much there. It's even there in in the digital version right on your computer screen.
Go ahead. Click on an image and take a look. If you're open to it, you will feel it too.
I know this may sound a little woo-woo to some of you. That's understandable. But to quote the Bard, "There are more things in heaven and earth, Horatio, than are dreamt of in your philosophy." And isn't that true for all of us? There is far more that we don't know than what we do.
Like seeing shapes in clouds, each image will mean something different to you. What you see is more a projection of what is inside you than the external painting itself. Some people burst into tears and feel an overwhelming sense of love. Others feel nothing at all.
And that's really the key. That's the gift and the value of these paintings. Not as merely interesting or even beautiful objects, but as a means to unlock what is deep inside you right now, waiting to be released, waiting to express itself to the world. This is the you you have been waiting for.
We've all been waiting.
Enjoy your journey.
